I feel like I’m in the middle of an absolute reading craze, so this month is fully loaded! I’m participating/hosting another 25 in Five readathon, and I’ll be traveling to New York toward the end of the month, so those add up to abundant loads of reading time!
(I’ll be making a post about the event, but if you’re interested in the 25 in Five readathon, check out the details over on my Instagram!)
This month, I’ve picked nine books to dig into. I’m really hopeful I can get through even more, so I’ve also lined up some extras on deck. As always, I’ll be continuing with some rereads. I’m tackling The Goblet of Fire, which is humorously large. I know the books are big, but I got comfortable wth the first three being around or under 400 pages, and then out of nowhere, this 700+ page goliath of an installment comes around. Thanks for the curve ball, JK. Keeping it interesting! And I’ll also read Hunted, the fifth entry in the House of Night series. I only have a few books left, but I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever be through this outrageous series.
I’m super excited for the books on my list this month. I’m officially on a (lenient) book buying ban to minimize the amount of unread books on my shelf, and I wish I could add twice as many books to my list, but alas, I do not have that superpower. I even skipped my Book of the Month for April! That, my friends, is a prime example of willpower.
Now presenting my April TBR! What are you reading this month? What are you looking forward to picking up?
