It’s time for another 25 in Five!
I’m so excited for this readathon. ICYMI, a 25 in Five is really simple! It is a challenge to read 25 collective hours over the course of five days, and it is a bookworm’s dream.
Of course, if you have an active social life, this marathon might be even more of a challenge. I’ve already had to tell more than a few friends that I can’t hang out because I’ll be reading. Let me tell you, that is not exactly a social norm.
But alas, I will be shutting myself into my reclusive apartment, ignoring all texts, and snapping at my boyfriend every time he interrupts my reading.
The readathon began yesterday, Thursday at 12:00am, and it ends on Monday at 11:59pm.
For this readathon, I’ll be trying to finish:
- Hunted – PC Cast & Kristin Cast
- The Philosopher’s Flight – Tom Miller
- Little Fires Everywhere – Celeste Ng
- Dark Places – Gillian Flynn
- Animal Farm – George Orwell
(Animal Farm at 144 pages is a snack to propel me through the bigger books).
Overall, if I finish all of these, I’ll only have two books (Goblet of Fire & A Gathering of Shadows) left from my April TBR! I’m already thinking about all of the books on deck after that…*drools*
